We are moving across the country, and I had already moved away. We were having the inspection of our house to close and Steven walked through to double check everything before the inspection. There was a shelf that I had built in the basement, which was covering the fuse box. I was 700 miles away and couldn't remedy. Steve brought over a drill and took the shelf down for me. I built it so I know just how heavy and time consuming that task entailed.
This is the type of care and passion that we are truly grateful for receiving from them. They didn't have to go the extra mile because houses were selling like crazy, but they saw us as individuals and were able to help us through the stress and heart ache in selling a house.
